Policies Statement

Policies consist of Cookies & Privacy Policy and Term of Services.

Cookies & Privacy Policy describes how Prompt Legal Services Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our” or “ours”) collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes Personal Data (defined below) about visitors to www.prompt-legal.com, application, and other online properties (the “Website”).

Term of Services including its amendments, and other policies that may be published hereafter which shall form part hereof (“Terms of Services”), constitute an agreement as may from time to time be amended by us with binding effect between we, as a service provider and you, as a user in connection with the use of the Services.

The Terms of Services shall come into force upon your subscription to the Services and, unless specifically provided otherwise herein or in other Policy, continue in effect until termination pursuant to the Terms of Services: Termination.

You must agree to and comply with the Terms of Services at all time during the use of the Services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your user account and/or prohibit you from accessing or using the Services temporarily or permanently.

The Policies are last updated on 6 January 2022.

In the Policies:

• "Personal Data" means any information relating to a Person, which enables the identification of such Person, whether directly or indirectly, but not including the information of the deceased Persons in particular.
• “Person” means a natural person.
• “Services” means services described in the Term of Services.
